PLUS Signals a Return to Profitability in Q2/2026 and Announces a Historic Deal with PetroChina to Expand into the Chinese Market

Royal Plus Public Company Limited (PLUS) has signaled a positive business outlook for Q2/2026, expecting a clear return to profitability driven by the high season in key markets such as the United States and Asia, alongside the gradual recognition of recovering orders from the Middle East. The company also announced a major milestone in securing a strategic partnership with “PetroChina,” a global energy giant, to bring authentic Thai coconut water products into large-scale retail networks across China, reinforcing the growing potential of Thai brands on the global stage.

Mr. Phonsaeng Saebe, Managing Director of Royal Plus Public Company Limited or PLUS, revealed that the Company is confident its operating results in Q2/2026 will improve significantly and are expected to return to profitability. This positive momentum is supported by the high season across several key regions, particularly the United States and Asia, as well as the gradual recognition of revenue from delayed orders in the Middle East. At the same time, the company has continued to enhance the efficiency of its Aseptic & Warm-fill production lines, which is expected to further strengthen profit margins.

“Although the global economy continued to face pressure in the first quarter from inflation, geopolitical volatility, and weak purchasing power in many countries, PLUS was still able to significantly expand its customer base and achieve strong growth in new markets. This reflects the strength of the Company’s global market diversification strategy, particularly in Oceania, where sales surged by 405.3% due to increased orders from major regional customers. This was followed by growth of 78.6% in the Middle East, 26.3% in Africa, and 23.1% in Thailand, driven by expanded distribution channels and the continued strong global demand for coconut water products,” said Mr. Phonsaeng.

Most recently, PLUS announced a historic breakthrough in the Chinese market after reaching a strategic agreement with PetroChina, a Global Fortune 500 energy company, to distribute authentic Thai coconut water products through PetroChina’s retail network and uSmile convenience stores. The initial rollout will cover three major provinces in China, marking another significant step in expanding the Company’s consumer base in one of the world’s largest healthy beverage markets. In Q2/2026, the Company is preparing to commence its first production and export shipment to distribute products across strategic areas in key provinces throughout China, targeting new-generation consumers who increasingly prioritize health-focused and naturally healthy beverages — a segment experiencing rapid growth in the Chinese market.
